Première décision écrite gouvernant ce dépôt. Le scaffold `0.x` en production n'était adossé à aucun ADR : le `CLAUDE.md` renvoyait à `001-blueprint-db-access`, introuvable dans le dépôt comme dans l'organisation. La référence pendante est corrigée au même commit, conformément à RC-28 et au §3.7 du document. Révision 15, `ADR_VERDICT: APPROVED` puis `HUMAN_APPROVAL: APPROVED` du porteur sur cette révision exacte. Statut passé `proposed` → `accepted`, `Decided` renseigné. Une seule correction éditoriale sans portée normative : coupure de ligne accidentelle dans RC-41. Deux modifications, un seul commit :

CLAUDE.md— la référenceD:/Document/ZabLaboratory/docs/adr/001-blueprint-db-access.mdpointait vers un document inexistant, ni dans ce dépôt ni ailleurs dans l'organisation. Elle
est remplacée par le chemin réel de cet ADR. Cette correction est exigée dans le même
commit par RC-28 et par le §3.7 du document : un dépôt public qui pointe vers un document
inexistant donne à lire une gouvernance qu'il n'a pas.
Aucun code, aucun test, aucune configuration CI n'est touché. Le tag
v0.2.2et la ligne0.xservie aux six consommateurs de production sont inchangés (RC-40).
