Evaluated testping1.py for performance bottlenecks. Found that all reasonable hot-path optimizations (like map over list comprehensions, fast-path explicit type checks, cached SSRF properties, tuned ping arguments, and optimized subprocess IPC) have already been implemented. As no further measurable gains were possible, no codebase changes have been made.

Thorough review of the `testping1.py` network scanner showed it is already highly optimized with caching, explicit type-checking, optimal subprocess flags, and memory-efficient iterators. No measurable performance gains could be made without resorting to unimpactful micro-optimizations, so no code changes were submitted.
