Replaced "python3" with `sys.executable` in `test_testping1.py`'s subprocess calls to resolve Bandit B607 (Partial Path in Subprocess). This ensures the tests run with the trusted absolute path of the current Python interpreter and avoids PATH-related hijacking risks.
