πŸ›‘οΈ Sentinel: [LOW] Fix Bandit B607 (start_process_with_partial_path)

🚨 Severity: LOW
πŸ’‘ Vulnerability: Bandit B607 identified subprocess.run starting a process with a partial executable path ("python3").
🎯 Impact: While minor in a test environment, relying on a non-absolute path for the interpreter can theoretically allow PATH interception or cause the test to run against the wrong environment interpreter.
πŸ”§ Fix: Replaced "python3" with sys.executable to guarantee an absolute path to the active, trusted interpreter.
βœ… Verification: Ran bandit and verified B607 is no longer reported, and ran the unittest suite to ensure no tests broke.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 8439586234201856564 started by @ManupaKDU

Replaced "python3" with `sys.executable` in `test_testping1.py`'s
subprocess calls to resolve Bandit B607 (Partial Path in Subprocess).
This ensures the tests run with the trusted absolute path of the current
Python interpreter and avoids PATH-related hijacking risks.
