Extensive profiling and analysis revealed that the `testping1.py` network scanner is already highly optimized. The codebase has implemented numerous fast-path validations, efficient ThreadPool queueing with O(1) memory complexity, and robust IP parsing logic. Any further micro-optimizations (like swapping `subprocess.run` with `Popen`) do not yield measurable performance gains. No modifications were necessary.
