• Ran Rust component tests using cargo test in frigate-detector-rs, frigate-frame-rs, frigate-motion-rs, and frigate-yolo-rs.

• Documented the test results, issues, optimizations, and actionable roadmaps in .zektopic/status.md, .zektopic/optimization_and_issues_report.md, Jules/improvements.md, and Jules/optimization_and_issues_report.md.
