docs: update test status and future optimization roadmap

Executed the test suite for Python, Web frontend, and Rust components. Documented the outcomes of these tests, identified mocked environment limitations and bugs, and provided future improvement suggestions in .zektopic/status.md, .zektopic/optimization_and_issues_report.md, and Jules/improvements.md. Reverted temporary modifications to test_runner.py to prevent ad-hoc mock leakage into CI environments.
