docs(evidence): add the submission package for intake

Tue 8 (stream S): assemble-in-place submission template — project identity, marketplace wallet list from A's handoff (four providers + watch wallet with funding status), evidence links, demo-video shot list following the nightly demo script, and the intake checklist. Owner-owned fields (public URL, ERC-8004 ids, hire receipts) are marked pending instead of invented.

• New file evidence/SUBMISSION.md: the Tue 8 sprint item for Signal (attach report + wallets to the hackathon intake).
• Docs-only — one file added, no code touched, no other workstream's tree.

• Reference context: Fri–Mon S items already on main (feat(signals): read live Venus health factor with fixture fallback #10, docs(evidence): start TermiX Agent Advantage Report with task 1 #14); watch-wallet funding coordinated with a teammate (see openspec/changes/use-venus-testnet-position/proposal.md).

Out of scope

• No code changes, no funding execution (on hold by team decision), no UI changes.

Test plan

• pnpm typecheck — green across all packages (docs-only change anyway)
• Demo path exercised earlier in this branch's history: all four categories equal depth, signals per schema, mock hire → Funded → Revoke verified locally
