Adds the Dashboard menu to the
kwatch.shinstaller (Pro only), followingpackages/brand/specs/dashboard-phase2.mdsections 3 and 7c (7c replaces 3.4; D12 to D17 applied, D13 dropped).Dashboardwith the state caption; Dashboard screen per state: Turn on, local only; Share with my team (the 8 ways, cursor on Local only); Open the dashboard; Show my access link and password (reveal after Enter); Reset password; Change how it's shared; Switch to local only; Turn off.app.kwatch.dev/managed-by=installer; only labelled objects are deleted: Ingress with per-controller annotations (nginx, Traefik, HAProxy, Contour, Kong, AWS ALB, GKE, Azure AGIC, Tailscale, ngrok), HTTPRoute, VirtualService, OpenShift Route, LoadBalancer and NodePort Services, cert-manager Certificate or self-signed TLS Secret, optional NetworkPolicy peers. Cloudflare Tunnel guidance for the outside proxy, Service-only output.yes. Non-interactive stdin refuses to share.apps/web/tests/dashboard-test.sh(kubectl stub: detection to options, steps per option, manifests per option, pod values, secrets, labelled cleanup, piped questions); added to the check workflow.Note: this branch is based on
fix/installer-migration-notice-exit(shellcheck pass and the CI test step), so its three commits show in this diff until that PR is merged.Not merged: merging main deploys the site.
