π± Postdoctoral Researcher | π§ͺ Computational Mass Spectrometry | 𧬠Multi-Omics Integration | π Currently @EMBL, Heidelberg, DE
I'm Abzer, a postdoctoral researcher at Uniklinik Mannheim, affiliated with EMBL Heidelberg. I recently completed my PhD at the University of TΓΌbingen, Germany.
I work at the intersection of metabolomics, microbiome research, chemoinformatics, and bioinformatics, developing accessible tools and workflows for reproducible multi-omics data analysis.
I'm passionate about making science more open, scalable, and a little bit prettier (I enjoy building web apps π©βπ»).
