Key additions:

• Curve update proposal/execution indexer, pending/history APIs, request-time ETA, 60s cache.
• Holder milestone claim indexer, per-key/cross-key eligibility APIs, days-held calculation, 60s cache.
• Retirement/deprecation event indexer, status/history APIs, notice countdown, buyback details.
• Launch auction creation/bid/settlement indexer, status and paginated bid APIs, clearing price, dynamic 10s/300s cache.
• Four Prisma migrations and idempotent event handling wired into the shared indexer pipeline.
