Merge the V2 architecture upgrade branch into main while preserving the full commit history. This brings in the bounded-context architecture pack, runtime guardrails, versioned cross-service contracts, Decision ledger/state machine, advisory-only MAF provider, feature-flagged tracing, iDesign service boundaries, ETag-protected payment reservation, brokered Decision evaluation, brokered Payment command execution, and dilemma evaluation support. D5 and V2 feature verification passed before merge. Final verifier/evidence bundle and delivery/demo package remain as documented follow-up work.
