changesets/action v2 renames the configured inputs to version-script, publish-script, commit-message, pr-title, and create-github-releases, and requires a custom token through the explicit github-token input rather than GITHUB_TOKEN in env. It also validates that the project uses Changesets CLI v3. As written, this PR would ignore the existing custom release scripts/token and cannot safely land independently of #6597. I am preparing a coordinated replacement PR.

Superseded by #6634, which lands Changesets CLI v3 and changesets/action v2 atomically and migrates the release inputs, app-token configuration, renamed git-tag command, prerelease state, CI checks, and live guidance together. |
