site: drop redundant recording, reorder comparison after Try it - #191

The hero's friendly.cast already proves "here's a real one-shot run" — the Try it section's own zip.cast was the same kind of demo again, one scroll down, of the same category of interaction. Dropped the player (and the unused file); the command text stays, now pointing back at the hero recording for what running it live actually looks like. Also moves "why not Cursor" to after Try it instead of before Why / Try it: a comparison lands better once the reader has actually seen the thing, not as the second section on the page before any of it has been shown. "Why not just use Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code directly?" and a nav link reading "vs. Cursor" put this next to companies with orders of magnitude more resources, staged as competition.
