lex-lang v0.11.72 fixes lex issue verify ignoring --dep (lex-lang#1045). Verified locally against this repo: type-check, fmt, doc-sync, tool smoke test, unit tests, and the minimum-bar self-check all pass under the new toolchain. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
