Summary

  • Adds the v3.14.2 entry to docs/SAFETY-AUDIT.md, per the checklist's own rule that a release's own audit record is committed after its tag, never before.
  • No corpus measurement — not required (no detection/conversion-policy change).
  • Both published executables (framework-dependent and self-contained) verified to reproduce byte-for-byte from a clean checkout of the tag.
  • Corrects a miscounted streak: the v3.14.1 entry says signing-unconfigured is the "fifth" release running, but recounting from v3.11.2 (the first release to carry the limit) gives seven, not five — v3.14.1's own count repeated v3.14.0's instead of incrementing it. Left as written there; the corrected count is stated here.
  • Notes the accessibility spot check is still only partially attempted (100% scaling only) — sixth release without a complete one.

Test plan

  • Docs-only change to an append-only historical record; no application rebuild needed.
  • All figures (test count, hashes, commit) were gathered and verified directly this session before writing.

Not corpus-measured (none required: no detection or conversion-policy
change). Records both published executables reproducing byte-for-byte
from the tag, corrects a miscounted streak in the v3.14.1 record
(signing-unconfigured is the seventh release, not the fifth as that
entry states), and notes the accessibility spot check is still only
partially attempted (sixth release without a complete one).
