I am a PhD in Computer Science at the Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), combining academic research with robust practical skills to develop innovative and scalable solutions. Previously, I served for 8 years as a Software Engineer in the Brazilian Navy. Op- erating at the intersection of software development, data architecture, and artificial intelligence, I currently work as an MLOps, Data Engineer and Full Stack Developer. My academic research focuses on machine learning via reinforcement learning. In parallel, my practical work involves designing robust data pipelines and developing microservices architectures to efficiently train, deploy, and monitor neural network models for interpretation and information extraction in production environments. I work with a comprehen- sive tech stack tailored for data engineering, continuous integration, and scalable deployments, including Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django), Java (Spring Boot), PostgreSQL, PowerBI, Kafka, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, Jenkins, and Swagger API. I am also experienced with frontend and backend JavaScript frameworks like Angular, ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS. I am passionate about creating intelligent, automated, and highly efficient solutions that bridge the gap between research and real-world application, ele- vating the performance and quality of processes across diverse domains.
