shiny example errors

related to tests in #209

I tried running the shiny example code here https://rcdata.nau.edu/genomic-ml/animint2-manual/Ch07-limitations.html#shiny-aes
and I got the error below

@biplab-sutradhar is this example similar to the test case in #209?
I would have expected that the test case fails, if this example errors.
But we observe that the test case is passing, whereas the example errors. What is the difference?

it is working on myside make sure to install the package located in the updated code directory.
