Summary

• move DSH peers to the >=0.1.5-rc.2 floor and keep the rc.2 development lock exact
• remove the consumer-facing runtime allowlist warning; retain a tested-version gate list
• adapt the integration harness to DSH V3 and version-coherent replay profiles
