Refresh the proposed development updates (
@types/nodeto^26.1.1,typescriptto^7.0.2) by merging current main into the existing PR branch. The original PR history and current main fixes are retained; the final diff against main changes only package.json and package-lock.json. No runtime engine requirement is changed.Validation: clean npm 10 installation; full lint/typecheck/test/build under actual Node 20.20.2 and Node 24, with all 34 tests passing on each; npm audit reports zero vulnerabilities. The existing CLI smoke test also passes under Node 20. Fresh independent read-only review of the final branch found no actionable defects. Windows package files were normalized to LF after an initial lint failure, then the complete checks were rerun.
The Node 26 update is to development type declarations; these checks do not claim a Node 26 runtime test or guarantee all future Node 26 APIs work on Node 20. Exact-head GitHub Linux CI and human review of this major dependency update remain required before merge. No package or release is published.
