Update actions/setup-node to v7.0.0, pinned to the verified official commit
820762786026740c76f36085b0efc47a31fe5020. Merge current main into the existing PR branch to resolve the workflow conflict while preserving its history and current fixes.The final diff changes one Action reference. Existing triggers, permissions, credential settings and project Node 20 workload are preserved. The Action itself uses Node 24 internally.
Fresh independent read-only branch review found no actionable defects; whitespace checks pass. The new GitHub Linux CI must pass on this exact head before merge. Maintainer review remains a separate gate for this Action major update.
