Prompt-lint and text-audit HTML reports omitted a mobile viewport, causing a normal 375px device to use a roughly 980px layout and shrink the text. Long paths or table messages also overflowed the page. Text-audit additionally omitted its document language.

Add the viewport, a main landmark, readable fluid typography, bounded table columns and long-text wrapping to both reports; add lang="en" to text-audit while preserving prompt-lint's existing language. Content and HTML escaping remain unchanged, as do all other output formats and CLI behavior. No JavaScript, external assets or dependencies.

Validation: watched actual-renderer browser failures, then all eight muted Chromium states (two report types, normal/long synthetic fixtures, mobile 375px and desktop 1440px) pass viewport, overflow, script-error and accessibility checks. Screenshots inspected, including the complete mobile status column. Existing 34 tests, lint, typecheck, build and smoke pass on actual Node 20.20.2 and 24.19.0. Fresh whole-branch review clear. Firefox/WebKit have not been checked; no provider, deployment or package release.
