This now seems to fully work. Manual tests with Entra ID succeed and their scim validator is fully happy now. |

This seems to work fine. The drawback is that most of the values of the Manager class aren't populated, but that would be akin to a scim client not sending them.
The library user will have to deal with the missing values.
