Prepare Apache OpenDAL reqsign 0.20.7. Aliyun OSS, AWS core, Azure Storage, and Google receive minor bumps for their new public credential capabilities; the facade and remaining crates receive patch bumps, with workspace dependency requirements aligned.

Credentialnow includessigner_email. Exhaustive struct literals and patterns need to include the new field or use a default/rest pattern. Public downstream searches found no affected independent callers; this release retains the current major versions with that compatibility change documented.
