the demo need to be improved

the demo is cool.
but react-intl v5 is migrate to formatjs, core idea is distributed edit message。
maybe it need more step for generating lang.json ,not the way like other i18's lib..
offer more details ? thanks so much~

Agree that the documentation in formatjs is not clear enough..
As a beginner to adopt i18n library, might be hard to achieve some common use cases easily, like adopting array in lang.json, having a default language as rollback.

Will update this project with more guidelines and steps for better understanding.
