This PR updates the evaluation tests to calculate repair costs using the symmetric difference between label placements, rather than the difference between model sizes. This correctly assigns positive costs to both additions and removals, whereas the previous calculation treated removals as negative changes. The existing cost calculator remains functional, and results for addition-only repairs remain unchanged. It also computes human baseline costs when the sat tests are run.
This PR also fixes the broken nightly build and adresses a caught exception in the tuhh efficiency tests.
