What changed

  • Add a responsive, accessible atlas for the checked-in 192-vector action-dispatch matrix, with policy and receipt filters, exact vector deep links, a step-by-step local callback trace, and raw-row inspection.
  • Highlight three reproducible patterns from the finite matrix: eight blocked rows with spent claims, 26 unknown rows after a local marker write, and two frozen destinations despite caller mutation.
  • Link the atlas from the homepage and agent integration guide. Keep the finite project-authored evidence limits visible in the interface.
  • Add viewer checks for complete row indexing, filters, links, malformed reports, and the highlighted cases; run them alongside the Node matrix and Python oracle in CI.

Validation

  • node --test test/dispatch-matrix-view.test.js test/action-boundary-dispatch-matrix.test.js test/action-boundary-guarded-tool.test.js (10 passed)
  • node pilots/action-boundary/dispatch-matrix.mjs --check
  • python3 pilots/action-boundary/verify_dispatch_matrix.py docs/action-dispatch-matrix.json
  • npm run check:links
  • node scripts/refresh-agent-start-assets.mjs --check
  • node scripts/check-deployment-surfaces.mjs
  • git diff --check

The atlas displays local project-authored evidence. It does not independently authenticate approvals, verify a provider effect, or prove production safety.
