Selecting the wrong device could result in permanent data loss.
Proposed Solution / Enhancement
Before flashing, display clear target information such as:
- Device model
- Manufacturer
- Capacity
- VID/PID
- Serial number where available
Require an explicit confirmation before starting a destructive operation.
The application should avoid silently selecting a default storage device.
Also reject unsupported devices when required device capabilities are not available.
