Closes the last remaining deleted path in the 26.8.0 release.

After the bulk stub pass, main → release/26.8.0 went from 1,364 deletions to 1. This is that one.

What happened

The sweep renamed add-slanted-text-watermark-to-pdf.cs to add-rotated-text-watermark.cs. The automated matcher pairs a deleted path to its replacement by filename similarity, and this rename fell below the 0.80 cutoff — so no stub was generated and the original path, which is live on main, would have 404'd after promotion.

Why that target

Confirmed by content, not filename:

original add-rotated-text-watermark.cs
stamp text TextStamp("CONFIDENTIAL") TextStamp("CONFIDENTIAL")
angle RotateAngle = 30 RotateAngle = 30
opacity 0.3 0.3

Its own comment reads "Rotate the stamp 30 degrees to achieve a slanted watermark". The nearby add-diagonal-text-stamp-watermark.cs was the closer filename match but uses 45 degrees, so it is the wrong target.

Result

main → release/26.8.0 now shows zero .cs deletions.

AI-assisted development

The 26.8.0 sweep renamed this example to add-rotated-text-watermark.cs
(identical RotateAngle=30 slanted TextStamp). The rename fell outside
the automated matcher's similarity cutoff, so no stub was generated and
the original path -- live on main -- would have 404'd after promotion.
