feat(passport): add offline carbon dashboard

Summary

• add contrail passport to generate a self contained passport.html from the local flight log
• visualize completed and upcoming CO₂e across time, routes, airports, countries, cabins, reasons, airlines, aircraft, and individual flights
• add interactive period, metric, and category controls with expandable rankings and an offline route map
• record and backfill scheduled arrival times so the dashboard can calculate block time intensity
• document Passport generation, data handling, and timing methodology
