Version bump 11.0.1 → 11.1.0 + changelog.

Bug Fixes

• Miner runs no longer rename the connection they mine (AICHAT-1798) — carried by #1037.

⚠️ Merge order

#1037 (the actual fix) must merge to main before this release is cut/built — otherwise 11.1.0 would ship without the fix (main has nothing else since 11.0.1). Sequence:

1. Merge fix(apps): send the full existing connection on a miner run (AICHAT-1798) #1037 → main
2. Merge this PR (fix(apps): send the full existing connection on a miner run (AICHAT-1798) #1037's changelog entry is already written here)
3. 11.1.0 builds from main with the fix included
