Implements the artifact plans/006-sap-gui-fiori-excel-config-demo.md describes: a single multi-surface flow spanning SAP GUI (/nME1L), Fiori (search + export a purchasing info record), and Excel (assert_spreadsheet against the download) - answering issue #536. - sap-gui-fiori-excel.flow.yaml: the three-surface flow - sap-gui-fiori-excel.values.yaml.example: non-secret business data, committed template for the sibling .values.yaml (gitignored) - README.md: the flowproof config / doctor / record / run setup story, no repo-local .env - a parser test alongside the existing example-parsing checks, so the three-surface shape stays valid on Linux/macOS without SAP GUI, Fiori, or Excel
