Bug - After reload/restart cooldowns reset.

so i am using your kit plugin will was i have it turn off atm becuase if i make a kit and put ac ooldown it and a player does /kit use test and if i restart the server they can use the kit again even tho i made the kit ever 7days so if i do /reload or shut the server off and turn back on they can reuse the kit

@cooklover Does this occur every time? Just tested it, it worked for me, the cooldown persists even after the restart.
