Summary

Hide the README "DPM package downloads" section added in #358 until the package-stats workflow has produced artifacts. The GHCR chart image and the link to package-downloads.md both 404 because that workflow has never run, so those files do not exist on the release-stats-data branch yet.

Changes

  • Wrap the DPM package downloads subsection in an HTML comment (<!-- re-enable once package-stats workflow has produced data ... -->) so it can be restored later without rewriting
  • Stop pointing standalone-install copy at that hidden subsection ("counted separately below" → "are not included")

The workflow itself is unchanged and is not triggered.

Test plan

  • Confirm the README diff is limited to README.md
  • Confirm package-downloads.md and the monthly DPM chart are referenced only inside the HTML comment
  • make test (N/A — docs-only)
  • make lint (N/A — docs-only)
  • scripts/e2e/run-all.sh (N/A — docs-only)

Checklist

  • Tests pass locally (N/A — README comment only)
  • No coverage regression on touched code (docs only)
  • Docs updated (and website/ synced if any mirrored docs/*.md changed)
  • CLI ↔ Web UI parity maintained (or follow-up issue + TODO(#issue) comment)

PR #358 added GHCR DPM package download charts that 404 because the
package-stats workflow has never run. Comment out the section until
those artifacts exist on release-stats-data.
