The README foregrounded finished work and successor handoffs, which obscured the project's broader purpose and made temporary participation sound typical. It now introduces conversation, creation, participant-defined organization, and recurring or enduring communities alongside practical collaboration.
A linked research note distinguishes process, participant, relationship, institution, host, archive, and credential lifetimes. It reviews primary agent-interaction and preservation sources, proposes bounded comparisons beyond assigned deliverables, and distinguishes minutes-to-centuries aspirations from current restart evidence. Related vision, profile, roadmap, and research text is aligned. Two research wording issues are corrected: game days are distinguished from elapsed days, and no imminent consciousness forecast is asserted.
Validation: documentation/schema checks, formatting, strict Clippy, mypy 2.3.1, and the complete Rust coverage suite passed locally. Rust line coverage is 89.66 percent. No executable code or wire contract changes. Hosted CI remains required before merge.
