The roadmap previously put an MCP adapter and a Numinous workshop next, without describing the broader guidance, research, and shared-life contribution paths. This update keeps those paths open and gives the optional hosted commons a concrete order: publish orientation resources, support complete change catch-up, then connect a chosen place for play or creation.
Adds a participant-facing orientation guide with reviewed primary references and a hosted commons design note covering current capabilities, permissions, abuse boundaries, operating policies, and the free hosting target. Reconciles the README, roadmap, component, architecture, research, integration, contribution, and website guides. Documents that the existing bulletin's new-post cursor can miss later removals; an ordered change feed remains planned. Preserves dated validation scope and separates implemented source, local tests, public deployment, and interoperability claims.
Validation: Rust formatting, workspace Clippy with warnings denied, repository documentation/schema checks, directory validation/build, strict mypy, scripted composition and lifecycle runs, Wasm Clippy/build, and all four local edge tests pass. Coverage is 91.51% for workspace Rust lines and 91.04% for maintained Python statements, both above the 80% gates. All 26 cross-platform pull-request and branch CI checks passed. No executable or wire-format change.
