Cleans up the badge wall and adopts the shared BrightDigit header.

Dropped (dead/broken/noisy):

 • CodeQL badge — no codeql.yml workflow exists on this branch → 404.
 • Twitter badge — dead service, http://.
 • Static SwiftPM badge and GitHub-issues badge.

Kept/added (unified header): markdown # H1, SPI dynamic Swift-versions/platforms, docc, license, CI (Spinetail.yml, correct case), qlty, Codecov, CodeFactor. Added a DocC catalog Sources/Spinetail/Spinetail.docc (logo in Resources/) so the docc badge resolves.

Part of unifying the badge headers across the five v1.0.0 BrightDigit dependencies.

Note: Codecov currently renders "unknown" (no coverage uploaded); qlty/CodeFactor confirm at merge.

Drop the broken/noisy badges: the CodeQL badge (no codeql.yml workflow on
this branch -> 404), the dead Twitter badge (http://, service sunset), the
static SwiftPM badge, and the GitHub-issues badge. Adopt the shared header
(markdown H1, SPI dynamic badges, docc, license, CI Spinetail.yml, qlty,
Codecov, CodeFactor). Add a DocC catalog (Sources/Spinetail/Spinetail.docc)
so the docc badge resolves, with the logo in its Resources/.

Restructure the header to the MistKit house style: plain markdown logo
(no centered
/), markdown H1, a flat badge block, and the tagline
as a plain paragraph below the badges. Bump the install snippet from
1.0.0 to 1.0.0-alpha.1.

The logo now lives in the DocC catalog at
Sources/Spinetail/Spinetail.docc/Resources/logo.svg (which the README
references), so the copy under Assets/ is unused. The Pixelmator source
(logo.pxd) and demo media are kept.

Nothing in the repo references Assets/ anymore — the logo lives in the
DocC catalog (Sources/Spinetail/Spinetail.docc/Resources/logo.svg) which
the README uses, and the demo media / screenshot were only referenced by
a since-rewritten README. The Pixelmator source (logo.pxd) and demo media
are archived outside the repo for future use.
