Closes #194

Summary

  • add an MIT license consistent with the public portfolio templates;
  • add verified quality, release, Python 3.13, and MIT badges to both READMEs;
  • align the language switcher with brunovicco/mcp-client-auth-template;
  • add explicit License/Licença sections;
  • leave technical claims, benchmark evidence, and historical artifacts unchanged.

Validation

  • repository state checked against main at daf251fa3abdd3cc7af0f05969a6d07641c1b613;
  • latest release verified as v1.3.0;
  • Python support verified from pyproject.toml as >=3.13,<3.14;
  • README/license links reviewed against the reference repository style.
