Shorten English guide titles and topic meta descriptions

Inner pages keep the brand suffix. EditorialPage builds <title> as pageHeadline(title) + " | Pi Index" (pageHeadline strips a trailing | Pi Index). The homepage stays brand-first (Pi Index — …). This only shortens the page-name portion of the five English guides that were 61–66 characters, and rewrites two English topic descriptions to 140–155 characters. Chinese titles were already 40–52 characters, and the Chinese descriptions were left as-is.

Chinese descriptions were not lengthened. /zh/topics/jev/ is 66 characters. /zh/topics/pi-durable/ is 134 characters, already under the English ceiling and still the full project list plus the source-review sentence, so it was left unchanged.

Homepage linking

No template change. Both / and /zh/ already expose crawlable <a href> guide links in the static HTML, separate from the category filters:

• Category guides: /categories/subagents/, /categories/web-access-search/ (and /zh/categories/…). These are the only categories with guide pages.
• Topic guides: /topics/jev/, /topics/pi-durable/ (and /zh/topics/…).
• Package guides: /packages/pi-mcp-adapter/, /packages/pi-web-access/, /packages/tintinweb-pi-subagents/ (and /zh/packages/…), from the resource name and the Guide / 详情 link.

Sidebar categories, mobile options, and resource tags still point at /?category=<id> (or /zh/?category=<id>) and keep the in-page filter behavior. Guide anchors do not carry data-category, so the filter script does not intercept them.

The catalog snapshot was regenerated so published guide titles and descriptions stay in sync. That refresh also records @sfgartland/better-pi-voice, which is already in the directory but was missing from the committed snapshot.
