Drive one ready thread from the callee instance when cancellation is requested. Preserve eager cancellation-before-start and avoid resolving synchronously unwinding callees twice. Update the Wasmtime translator for wasm-tools 0.258 and adapt its trampoline representation.
Import the component-model#723 cancellation cases and run the new reentrant cancellation artifact. Remove the obsolete may_enter trap fixture deleted upstream.
