read_membership_pairssplit every line on both tab and comma, so a marker panel lineCD4<TAB>CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cellgave the typeCD4-positive, and every label sharing that prefix collapsed into one. A line with a tab now splits on its tabs only; a line without one still splits on its commas. Headers, comments and short rows are skipped as before.Callers that read panels through it: senna view's marker lookup and
--membership, and (until its own reader) legume-graph-embedding's marker paths.Test first; the suite, fmt and clippy pass.
