This PR lands Launchplane's tested candidate
941b0b5036ca30ecadaf16a07f578b58ae550559through the protected merge endpoint. Constituent PRs and reviewed heads:1bfdaa4d8e119e6d20c037f943ef1b047f865046ed95f9334a3bc650fc075495563366907b156e61Launchplane revalidates every constituent and records the shared landing effect. Keep source PRs and branches intact. Let the Launchplane controller merge this PR; do not merge it by hand or update its generated branch. An out-of-controller merge without a preceding admission remains fenced for explicit reconciliation. The controller confirms constituent completion after landing.
