Fixed:

• Revert the extra type parameter added to BuildHookInterface in 1.32.3, which broke plugins that subscripted the interface with a single argument (e.g. BuildHookInterface[MyConfig]) by raising TypeError at import time. BuilderConfig is likewise no longer generic, restoring the pre-1.32.3 plugin interface.
• Strip spaces around version metadata when using original input for CalVer to keep leading zeroes.

Fixed:

• Preserve the version string exactly as written in core metadata, so stylized versions such as CalVer 2026.08.10 are no longer stripped of leading zeros. Distribution file names and .dist-info directories continue to use the PEP 440 normalized form.

Reviewed 7c07e321c3b6631f4436bfb6a586d5437a7e31fa for the approved dependency sweep. The diff changes only the exact Hatchling catalog pin and its corresponding PyPI lock artifacts, from 1.32.0 to 1.32.4; no other package or source changes are included.

Validation: all 268 local unit tests completed successfully (one existing skip), and the offline runtime-Python lock check passed. Both required CI jobs are green; CodeQL is terminal neutral on this manifest-only diff. Native Python inspection was not run because there are no changed Python source files; this is not a claimed native GREEN result.

The documented candidate synchronization preview passed for CM, OPW, and CM Website. It identifies two exact workspace refs plus three addon pins for CM, two refs plus six addon pins for OPW, and two refs with no addon pin change for CM Website. Independently read live main manifests match the reviewed local manifests, and all three consume immutable existing Devkit/runtime commits. Merging this central catalog therefore preserves their current build inputs. Tenant adoption must update each repository's refs and addon pins atomically using the final Devkit landing SHA; the orchestration follow-up remains cbusillo/launchplane#2165. No tenant file, deployment, or runtime was changed by this review.
