Green patch and minor updates are about to merge through the merge train without an owner click, so every ecosystem waits 30 days before offering a new major version. Security updates are not delayed by cooldown. Refs cbusillo/launchplane#2627

Green Dependabot patch, minor and security updates will soon merge through the Launchplane merge train without an owner click (cbusillo/launchplane#2627). That decision requires Dependabot
cooldownin every repository.This adds a
cooldownblock to each update entry that lacked one:semver-major-days: 30, the value cbusillo/launchplane already uses.github-actions,docker,docker-compose:default-days: 7. Dependabot supports onlydefault-daysfor these, so every new version waits a week.Nothing else in the file changes. Cooldown never applies to security updates, so fixes still arrive as soon as they're published.
Verified before pushing: the file validates against the published Dependabot schema, and apart from
cooldownit parses exactly as before. No entry uses asemver-*key where Dependabot's reference says it's unsupported. An earlier revision of this PR usedsemver-major-dayseverywhere, and Dependabot rejected it forgithub-actions.Owner test notes
Nothing for the owner to test. This changes only how Dependabot schedules update PRs.
