Adds ParlayAPI to the existing MCP Servers list using its public source and pinned stdio launch command. I maintain the server; account data tools require each user's own API key and allowances.
Existing source and issues/PRs contain no duplicate.
git diff --checkpasses, and the exact published command previously passed MCP initialization and 22-tool discovery without account calls. This is a directory link only: no new plugin package, native-client certification, or data redistribution permission is claimed.
