I have developed magic-cubes package using CeTZ.
With this package it is possible to render Rubik's cubes of any size, and also to apply algorithms to them using the standard notation.
It is built on top of CeTZ, using the
orthofunction, so it is possible to adjust the orientation of the cube. It also supports flat representation and arrows to indicate the movement of the pieces.
