port/dwc2/usb_glue_esp.c: add the CONFIG_IDF_TARGET_ESP32H4 branch (CPU freq, OTG11 interrupt source) and reuse the ESP32-S2/S3 param_fs FIFO config.
osal/idf/usb_config.h: add the ESP32-H4 base address, with 1 device bus and 1 host bus.
idf_component.yml: add esp32h4 to targets.
port/dwc2/README.md: add ESP32H4 to the supported chip list.
tests/espressif/{device,host}/main/main.c: use ESP_USBD_BASE / ESP_USBH_BASE instead of the hardcoded 0x60080000. That address is the S2/S3 OTG base, but on ESP32-H4 it is USB_WRAP, so every DWC2 register reads back as 0.
Notes
ESP32-H4 is still a preview target, so use idf.py --preview set-target esp32h4.
ESP32H4 now supports USB device and host operation using its full-speed controller, with one bus available for each.
Added ESP32H4 support to the Espressif DWC2 configuration, including use of the appropriate full-speed settings and OTG interrupt source. This expands the available USB functionality on ESP32H4 while keeping existing support for other targets unchanged.
ESP32H4 is added to the supported target list and Espressif chip list. Its USB device and host configuration, DWC2 interrupt and parameter selection, and device and host test initialization are updated.
Changes: ESP32H4 USB support
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Target registration and USB configuration idf_component.yml, osal/idf/usb_config.h, port/dwc2/README.md
The target lists add ESP32H4. Its device and host USB base address is 0x60040000, with one bus configured for each.
DWC2 setup and test initialization port/dwc2/usb_glue_esp.c, tests/espressif/device/main/main.c, tests/espressif/host/main/main.c
ESP32H4 uses the OTG11 interrupt source and full-speed DWC2 parameters. Device and host tests use ESP_USBD_BASE and ESP_USBH_BASE instead of hard-coded addresses.
ESP32-H4 support is usable with the required toolchain, but documenting those requirements would prevent avoidable setup failures.

Document the ESP32-H4 toolchain requirement.
Add that ESP32-H4 requires idf.py --preview set-target esp32h4 and that chip revision v0.2 requires ESP-IDF master. Without this note, users can follow the support list with an incompatible stable IDF and fail before building the example. (github.com)
