This PR updates the minimum Python version requirement from 3.8 to 3.10 and adds support for newer Python versions 3.13 and 3.14.
Changes:
- Removed support for Python 3.8 and 3.9, setting minimum version to 3.10
- Added Python 3.13 and 3.14 to supported versions in classifiers
- Updated CI/CD workflow to test against Python 3.10-3.14
