Three changes, applied series-wide:

  1. Docs recommend only the CAS BACnet Explorer for verification - removed mentions of third-party client tools (bacpypes3, BAC0, YABE, Wireshark) from README/TUTORIAL/docs/PICS/CHANGELOG. Where a note described a real limitation of the specific tool used during development, it's now phrased generically without naming the tool.
  2. Removed the README's Footprint section (binary size/start-up timing table).
  3. The series profile table (## The BACnet profile example series) now has C#, Rust and Python columns alongside Node.js, and shows "Ask" for any profile that has a C++ example but not yet one in that language, instead of a bare "—".
  4. CI no longer runs on every push to main - a merged PR was already tested. release.yml still runs on pull_request, on a vX.Y.Z tag push (to publish the release), and on workflow_dispatch.

… stop running on every push to main

- README/TUTORIAL/PICS/CHANGELOG no longer name third-party BACnet client
tools (bacpypes3, BAC0, YABE, Wireshark) - only the CAS BACnet Explorer is
  recommended for verification.
- Removed the README's Footprint section (binary size/timing table).
- release.yml no longer triggers on every push to main (a merged PR was
already tested); it still runs on pull_request, on a vX.Y.Z tag push (for
  the release), and on workflow_dispatch.
