How this works

Twelve weeks, six hours a week, 72 hours total. Each week has a focus, one milestone, and acceptance criteria. A project counts as done when its criteria are met and its tests pass.

This is a focused portfolio prototype program, not a claim of production-grade coverage. The roadmap records which checks are heuristic, which tools they depend on, and what remains out of scope.
