Overview

Adds runtime parameters that cap the number of images per prompt in promptable apps, and updates mmif-python to 1.5.4.

Additions

• maxImagesPerPrompt and imagesPerPromptMode: new runtime parameters for promptable apps. A TimeFrame with more images than the cap is split into several prompts, which bounds GPU memory for long scenes ( allow enforcing a maximum scene length for the stitcher #306).

Changes

• mmif-python is updated to 1.5.4, which fixes image extraction from truncated or otherwise incomplete video files.
• (for contributors) Test-time type checking moved from pytype to mypy (new test-time type checker #285).
